Transfer quoting your booking reference. The amount must be in our account no later than 14 days before arrival, the same day free cancellation ends. Booking less than 14 days ahead? Then you pay straight away and email us the proof of payment.
We welcome you in person, hand over the keys and share our favourite spots. Check-in from 3:00 pm.

A Dutch family,
a Spanish home
We are Roy, Inge, Henk and Petra Derks. A few years ago we swapped the Netherlands for sunny San Pedro del Pinatar. Together with Roy's parents, Henk and Petra, we happily rent out our two holiday homes.
