What it is like to stay here

Casa Feliz is our penthouse in Lo Pagán, about 500 metres from the beach and promenade of San Pedro del Pinatar. The best part is upstairs: a private roof terrace with an outdoor shower, where you drink your morning coffee and watch the sun go down in the evening.

The apartment is on the first floor in a quiet street, with shops, a bakery and terraces a hundred metres away. Inside it is bright and modern: a spacious living room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix and a PlayStation, handy for a rainy afternoon or an evening with children.

Casa Feliz is suitable for 4 people: a large double bed in the main bedroom and two single beds in the second room. The bathroom has a bath and shower combination. There is a washing machine, and towels and bed linen are provided. There is plenty of free parking right outside.

We welcome you in person, hand over the keys and tell you where to eat well and which beaches are quietest at that moment. Pets are welcome for a fee per animal.

Geweldig verblijf, niks op te merken. De in de schaduw gelegen balkon. Dakterras met douche. Fijne bedden (matrassen + kussen)

Prima verblijf met een mooie centrale ligging. De ontvangst was hartelijk. De ligging t.o.v. het strand was prima. Eigenlijk hoef je niets mee te nemen.

Zeer gastvrij, compleet en super fijn appartement. Ook met kleine kinderen. In rustige buurt op loopafstand van strand en winkels en horeca. Zeer vriendelijke Nederlandse eigenaren.

Absolutely wonderful. Loved this apartment, it had everything you could possibly need and more. The apartment was spotless, the bed so comfy I slept the best I have in months. Save the best until last: the rooftop garden was amazing. Many thanks to the Derks family.
